Low Income Public Housing
Montgomery County Housing Authority offers quality housing that is affordable.

The Low Income Public Housing Program (LIPH) is designed to meet the housing needs of households that have very low to moderate-income levels.

Rent is based on income.

We have 9 LIPH developments located in Montgomery County, Illinois.

Our Family Developments are located in Hillsboro and Litchfield.

Our Elderly Developments are located in Coffeen, Hillsboro, Litchfield, Nokomis, Raymond, Taylor Springs, and Witt.
